    Comments: It is in the best interest of the homeowners (which also means the HOA) to elminate the bar and brothel from operting in the neighborhood. Any course of action in which the board would pursue that helps the status quo would be a breach of fiduciary duty owed to the homeowners. It would be pretty difficult to conclude otherwise.

    Comments: I think it is imperative for the Board proceed with inspections etc. of the Creek Club and recover this property for the Homeowners as well as the deep water dock.The Creek Club can be altered to meet the needs of the neighborhood or even torn down at a later date.     Comments: I would like the HOA board to fight for our original amenities back including the Creek Club and the three ION docks. The HOA Board has been lied to many time by the ION Group and should have learned their lesson by now. Fight for the Creek Side Park which is the Creek Club and the docks and do not settle for the rediculous idea of the possibility that the Grahams will build a community center in a side deal so that we don't press the issue of the Creek Club. Wake up HOA fight for our original amenities and then we build a center if necessary with profits from the Creek Club.
