Name: Peter Wallace on Jan 27, 2013Comments: Frankly I don't care whether the lawsuit goes to trial or not. I do want the HOA to arrive at a clear and binding agreement with the ION Corp and I do want docks, paths, ramps, clubhouse, park, etc to be conveyed to Ion residents in perpetuity and in the unencumbered fashion promised in original agreements, The easement is no good... a private wedding facility coexisting with a community deep-water amenity that serves the unrestricted access of Ion residents is no good.Flag

Name: Robert Pitts on Jan 27, 2013Comments: A for-profit wedding business is simply not a waterfront park and was never part of any representation of amenities in I'On. The promised common areas should be for the benefit of I'On residents. The board should be aggressive in the defense of community rights.Flag

Name: David Niemann on Jan 28, 2013Comments: History shows that every step of the way I'On home owners and the assembly get the short end of the stick when negotiating with the Graham's, if we get a stick at all. Do not settle, do not accept some little token community center in some corner of the neighborhood that will never get used. Fight for the Creek Club. Support the existing case publicly and stand with your neighbors.Flag
