    Comments: As homeowners since 2001 the documentation we signed when we purchased in this neighborhoo states that we would have full rights to the Creek Club, Docks, Creekside Park, The Parking for Trailors and the Landing. These amenities were to be rightfully ours to use at any time and any variance along the way from this documentation continues to be a clear misrepresentation of the HOA, Vince Graham and the Real Estate office and companies associated with the sales of property in this neihborhood. The lack of disclosure to the transactions that have taken place were illegal and remain illegal and should be tried to the full extent of the law. Full utilization of these amenities should be the only outcome in this case.
