Dear Prowlers,
The point of this petition is clear and simple: This prowling Business has to stop. The Isle of Man has a beautiful countryside and prowling in any sense or form can not and should not be accepted.
Sensible walking and the enjoyment of nature should come first. This should be accompanied by reason and respect for the property and values of your fellow citizens. To PROWL, or to \"rove furtively or with predatory intent\", as the dictionary calls it, can clearly not be part of this.
