Comments: Please take time time to consider another investigation. I knew Brian personally a long time friend and I don't think that he would have killed himself. As you can see there are alot of unanswered questions in this investigation. Brian deserves a proper investigation. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Comments: Please reopen and do a full investigation for Brian and his family. There are alot of unanswered questions that need to be answered and why was some of the evidence not kept and why was the garage cleaned so quickly and house painted. was there another person involved is the question that needs to be answered. I mean what if this was your son's death wouldn't you want a full investigation and all of these simple questions they are try ing to get answered answered. Please take this into consideration. Put yourself in the families shoes. thanks for you time.

Comments: Any death without a soild conclusion should be reviewed. This is your responsiblity as protectors of rights and freedoms. This is what you are paid to do. This family deserves answers, and it will only come from a full investigation. Don't forget how many cases, some of them infamous, which you should be aware of, that were eventually reviewed and proven that someone else committed the crime. Give justice to this family and to the poor man who suffered a horrible death.

Comments: I think it is a great injustice to the dead and their living relatives for a reason not to be listed in their death. A family has a right to know if someone killed their loved one. If that is the case, that person should be punished.

Comments: It is apparent from the above information that no investigation was ever done. How can a death be ruled a suicide by hearsay Either the Sheriff's department has something to cover up or they have no knowledge how to investigate a death. Officials cannot take someone's word on cause of death under these circumstances. Allow the family to have closure and have an investigation into this matter by impartial parties.
