We, the undersigned, are requesting a full investigation, by Attorney General, Tom Horne; Maricopa County District Attorney, Bill Montgomery; Secretary of State, Ken Bennett and Maricopa County Elections Director, Karen Osborne into the AZ Republican Party’s mismanagement and unethical behaviors which lead to deliberate acts to prevent true and accurate voting results at the Quadrennial Republican Convention held on May 12, 2012 disenfranchising every delegate that had been elected to participate in the 2012 Presidential Nomination process.
We also request that your investigation include whether or not any member of the Mit Romney for President Campaign as well as any Elected Official worked in conjunction with the AZ GOP to secure desired results that favored Mr. Romney and his pre-endorsed delegates.
We request further, that by so investigating and upon finding that any one of these entities or their agents intentionally was deceptive leading to the injury of another person, that you bring charges upon all those who are culpable.
