We respectfully request that the Los Angeles District Attorney\'s office open a full criminal investigation into the actions of Osama (aka Sam) Lutfi. According to declarations and statements that have been made public, as well as his well-documented prior history of having restraining orders issued against him, we believe that Mr. Lutfi has committed multiple illegal acts, including but not limited to harassment, drugging people without their consent, abuse, blackmail, extortion, theft, mail fraud, and dispensing of illegal narcotics.
It is outrageous that he has not been investigated (to our knowledge) regarding these accusations. We believe a full investigation is deserved and are demanding an investigation be opened.
