Comments: This is aboslutely appalling! Men should be forced to undergo prostate tests in this instance! How disgusting and degrading for Polish women. :-( I hope this bill gets burned in the flames of hell where it belongs.

Comments: Whilst I agree that women should be encouraged to have a smear test every three years, to force women to undergo such examinations is wrong. perhaps the government's resources would be better spent on improving public health clinics so that women feel more comfortable visiting them. In the UK, there is no compunction, women have a variety of options open to them and uptake of smear tests is high. Education and widening access to decent services is the way forward to improving women's health

Comments: This is against human rights! How can you force anyone to undergo any examination? Especially so intimate examination? Unfortuantely Ewa Kopacz (Polish Ministry of Health) has such "brilliant" ideas. Here you can read about her restrictions for giving anesthesia/pain-killer during childbirth: http://www.rhrealitycheck.org/blog/2008/11/14/poland-facing-declining-birth-rates-says-health-plan-wont-cover-anesthetic-during-childbirth.

Obłuda ,obłuda i jeszcze raz obłuda. I łamanie praw człowieka.

W każdym bądź razie ta ustawa będzie naruszeniem praw człowieka i polskiej konstytucji.

Comments: Jestem przeciw ,bo to narusza moje niezbywalne prawo człowieka do samodecydowania o sobie.

Comments: Eww, I am against this. Sometimes an intimate examination is OK, othertimes it is bearable and at other times it is traumatic. No one should be forced, coerced nor blackmailed to have such an examination. I suggest that those people who are forcing through this bill should ask themselves whether they would like to have someone prod around in their private areas, or face the sack? I don't suppose many men would fancy having a stick forced up their penis, or else lose their jobs, now, would they? I think they would be angry and frightened.
