I am asking the court to waive my (2) insurance fee waiver of 600.00 dollars to clear your state so i can obtain a GA license now that i reside in Fort Stewart GA. Im currently in the U.S Army and have been for the last 10 years. Please consider because i have paid the other tickets i received when i was young and not very responsible when it came to maintaining financial responsiblilty for insurance of the automobiles i was operating. Im haveing trouble aquiring the funds for paymentg because i needed to get a security clearance to maintaine my emplooyment in the U.S Army as a Human Resource Specialist (HRC). From past credit debts, now that i have paid over 2,000 dollars of past debt now im needing to get a GA license due to being in the position that i currently hold, my job requires me to have and ,maintian a valid state license. So i plead with the Court/Judge , and asking for these fees to be waived and my recorde be cleared. I now and have had full coverage insurance for the last 5 years or more. Thank you, Your Honor.
