| 109 | gordon kelsey | This needs SO much more study before approval. |
| 110 | Dr Douglas Liu | Typical political shenanigans from City Council....We need to demand public discussion on this matter and community impact by this facility. |
| 111 | Anonymous | It’s not the homeless people who are indeed trying to improve their quality of life that worries me. It is the “persons with mental illness due to substance abuse problems” that concerns me. It’s a fact that drug addicts commit crimes to pay for their habit. Knowing that these drugs cause mental illness and instability is even more disturbing. Why move them into a brand new facility in a relatively clean upscale neighborhood where hard working people pay top dollar to keep their families and young children in a more safe environment.
I am equally concerned by the way in which the City Council underhandedly approved such a proposal without properly notifying residents or allowing for proper debate. |

| 115 | Josh Mulherin | I too am greatly "concerned by the size, composition, and very low minimum staffing levels" proposed, especially given the fact that "large facilities w/ 53 or more residents, rates of reported violent and total crime increased significantly within 500 feet of the sites" |

| 120 | Carrie Piwko | NO WAY! DOn't build this here. There is a daycare accross the street!!! We don't need recovering addicts around children! |
| 121 | Diana Piwko | Don't build this here. It's in the wrong neighbourhood! |

| 128 | Jason Vasilash | It is critical that we debate the practicality of the plan:
"third to a half of the 133 units would be occupied by persons with a mental illness and/or substance abuse problem"
Why has there been no public discussion on this? |

| 135 | Jacqueline R. Honour | We consider the notification process undertaken by the City of Vancouver for the public hearing on the proposed 1050 Expo Boulevard development to be insufficient. We request a public meeting of the City Council, with reasonable and sufficient notification to nearby Yaletown residents, at which all aspects of the proposal will be open for discussion. |

| 137 | Remo Guizzo | I am strongly opposed to this development. |
