For many years, America Online has provided us with a great quality internet service, but when it came to the year that it started issuing robots, such as SmarterChild, Zola, and others, the web community grew bigger. After users found out how easy it was to make one of these automatic, computerized users, they started to use them. The usage of them wasn’t what everyone planned. Soon, bots started to infest the chatrooms, which posted inappropriate links to websites, making it impossible for any user to enjoy themselves.

So we are here to say that we don’t need these chats anymore. There’s no real people in them, and it just makes it unsafe for the children of today to be exposed to this kind of content. Either take your chats down, or hire moderators for them.
