This is a Petition for the Proposal to Have Speed Humps Installed On the 4800 block of 135th Street between Inglewood Ave. and Shoup Ave. In the city of Hawthorne. On a daily basis, more than 500 vehicles use the 4800 block of 135th st. as a short cut in order to avoid traffic on both Rosecrans and El Segundo Blvd. Drivers have no regards to residents, Entering or Exiting Personal Driveways. The traffic and the unsafe speed of vehicles can be seen and heard all day long, as well as, in the late hours of Night making it a Disturbance of peace to both, residents and nearby businesses as well as an annoyance due to the Noise factor from the sounds of Raised RPM levels of Vehicles Engines.
