    Comments: Continued use means nothing in terms of an acautl registered trademark with rights to OWN a phrase exclusively and certainly does not justify licensing for something not OWNED , Anyone signing with these boys are in for a shock in the end to find they got fooled into playing that game. a commonlaw trademark is all they have to stand on and that only covers protection of your company name in a given territory of use, Simply put they have the right to prevent anyone from using the same exact name as them only in Louisiana and nothing more at this time, That does not cover using the two words or phrase who dat in any other fashion than as the EXACT company name. This law is in effect to prevent public confusion and misrepresentation only and no one will be confused by Who Dat Yat Chat being in business as WDI or any other similar name as long as it is clearly publicized as a different company and not intentionally misleading. These guys have nothing to stand on in court. STOP SIGNING LICENSES PEOPLE, they don't own squat!!!

In fact, one of the basic tenants of modern environmentalism is that the world would be in stasis, a perfect balance between all systems, if it was not for humanity screwing up the natural order of things.The reality is that, in the real world, stasis equals death! We can not have life without change! It is a prerequisite. Even non living systems like conaelists, continents, rivers and mountains are dynamic. The world is always changing and will continue to do so until it is cold and dead. Modern environmentalism, and all of its evil offspring (like AGW), is the antithesis of life. At its very core, the philosophy of modern environmentalism is fatally flawed and should be scrapped! It is the only rational thing to do.I am not for change . like Bill Clinton. It is just the way things are. Environmentalists have to stop trying to prevent it.
