alicia | against capital punishment !!! & believe troy davis is innocent. !!!
Brittny Davis | Would you want to be on death row and you knew you were INNOCENT. THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!
Anonymous | This case is so alarming. It only proves that our judicial system does not work. We cannot execute an innocent man in the name of police department qoutas.
Anonymous | I believe he is innocent because there seems to be no evidence available to prove anything different.
Anonymous | I do not believe in the death penalty, as many convicted prisoners have been found innocent. What is the harm in granting another trial, if it means sparing the life of someone who may not be guilty and did not receive a fair trial?
Tony Jones | Here is a good time for the legal justice system correct what is clearly a wrong and make it right.
Jennell Walker
Brian Bobko | I feel that if there is the slightest chance that Mr. Davis (or anyone else, for that matter) is innocent, we as a free and civilized nation must grant him another chance to prove his innocence.

Emily Hill
Coymelle Murchison | It is immoral and should shock the consciousness of the court as well as the public to execute someone when there is evidence of doubt of guilt. It is incomprehensible that the Order of Police would not care more about justice and focus solely on vengeance. It is unjust to decide someone must pay and not do more to try to ensure that the man in jail is the man deserving of the punishment. This is about race and there has not been given any consideration for the character of the man. Shame on those of you that perpetuate the miscarriage of justice. As God is the judge of us all, be careful of the seeds you sow, you shall “reap what you sow”. God Bless and keep you Troy and family, you are in my prayers.

Anonymous | in gods eyes every one is entitled to a fair trial, but this man troy is innocent, yes all murderers say after i diddnt do it, but im in england and what im reading is a discrace how can you execute somone on all of this evidence, i kow it was a police officer, what if it had not been, maybe troy wouldnt be suffering so much, its time the real person was put in jail or executed for this crime done you think...
Larry Hawley | The United States Constitution is compromised everytime an innocent person is convicted let alone sentenced to death. The Bill of Rights guarantees more than protection from the government, it guarantees a basic level of representation when accused of a crime. Troy Davis was not tried with all facts being considered and was the victim of poor representation as well as a political prosecution. The justice system must be free of politics for prosecutors to follow the law and not their constituents. Troy Davis must have a new trial!
