In this case I believe that the criminal code is being used to enforce a person or group's opinion or taste. Just because Remy's work may be shocking to some, or may cross religious taboos, that does not mean that his work is illegal. Controversial, stimulating, thought provoking and even potentially shocking... Yes! But the criminal code has not been developed as an arbiter of taste, which I believe is how it is being used in this case. This action against Remy is WRONG!Flag
