Comments: I am a conservative who strongly believes this is a good idea. I have read this bill and I would hope that there would be strong bipartisan support for such a common sense proposal.

Comments: I have suffered from infertility for six years. It's a horrible struggle , and even harder when it is not mandatory for insurance coverage to help those who are going through the battle of infertility. Those insurance companies that do provide benefits are a real blessing, though they come few and far in between in the United States. Please help make fertility coverage mandatory!

Comments: I went thru infertility more than once. I successfully conceived my daughter after 4 years, my son after a year of medications and IUI and my last 2 children (twins) thru IVF. From this experience, I have learned that infertility is a medical condition. In CO and probably other states, insurance will cover for a sex-change operation, but not fertility I do not understand this. My kids are healthy, my husband and I are both working and we are not on welfare. So, I can't figure out what the issue with covering treatments for fertility is It is emotionally, finacially, and physically draining. Depression kicks in, the thought you can never have something that comes so easily to others. Like 16 yo girls who aren't careful, or the women who have ten kids and guess what They ARE on welfare, and still the State will pay for them! I don't understand it! I would like to ask that CO and the other states that do not mandate coverage, do so. It may not necessarily help me at this point, but if I could sign this and it helps ONE woman, I would be happy. Please consider it! Thanks, Cheri Godec & Family

Comments: Please make fertility treatments covered by insurance! I have been going through fertility problems for the past eight years but could only afford 2 years of fertility treatments and nothing to drastically expensive because my insurance did not cover many of the treatments nor medication I needed to make my dream of having a family come true.
