We, the Inez community feel our students are not receiving the 110% administrative involvement needed to insure patents and students alike know that their Principal is there for them at convenience. Whether it being in person; phone or set visit. Staff members are not given a fair evaluation according to performance and policy; it is given on a like/dislike personal feelings bsis policy. She does not think of the benefits of the students only thinks of her personal gains. There are teachers who have been complained about whether it be for the constant yelling of a student; cursing at students, throwing things across the classroom, etc. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO OR WITH THESE TEACHERS!! We do not need teachers showing our students by these examples; nor is it fair or beneficial in these critical young years of their education!! ESPECIALLY THE SPECIAL NEEDS CHILDREN!! With so few awesome edcator and EA's how can these things continue? How many good ones do we have to lose before anything changes?
