There is an ongoing lack of service for our zip code. There are numerous people who are not receiving their packages at all. They just mark them undeliverable and hold them at the station without even giving you a notice.They block many people for bogus made up reasons so you can't ever receive regular mail. The so-called supervisor Ms. Dice, is of no assistance and has a very standoffish attitude whenever she has to "work". There are numerous complaints online and many have even been filed in person. So since our individual concerns are unimportant, I feel we should come together as a community. It will take a community effort to get a postal crew put in place that is going to service our community with a smile, not an attitude.
