Cynthia Bohannon-Brown | Saving our architectural history allows us access to our cultural heritage.
Nick Allin | Please do not destroy this magnificent building. Too many jewels of old Atlanta have fallen victim to development or fire already. This is a piece of our collective history... and we, as Atlantans, owe it to future generations to preserve what we can of our past.

Chuck Richardson | Atlanta has to stop destroying old builidngs. The city has little architectural distinction and we need to save these buildings!!!
Richard Scott White |
Jeff DeHayes | Please do not destroy this building!
David Libman | Far too many historic Atlanta landmark structures have been lost in the rush to create "modern" buildings. Please reconsider finding an appropriate use for the Industrial Life Building and save a small piece of our heritage.
Katie Odom |
Michael Bowman | As an Atlanta native I have seen too many historic buildings disappear and the city is much poorer for it. This is a chance to change that and set a positive example for the future.
Anonymous | Please save this building. It is a part of the architectural heritage of Atlanta and all of Georgia

Rick Hudson | Atlanta needs to change it's mindset. Tearing down our history is NOT productive nor is it progressive. Look at Europe and tell me what it would be if they had take the same approach!
Ed Kountz |
Walter Yinsid | Another treasure worthy of preservation and/or adaptive reuse. Certainly there is a win-win solution.
Ryan Bloss | Build your extension on that horrible surface parking lot across the street that is already owned by you!
Anonymous | Atlanta is already challenged with having the ability to naturally portray its history through a lineage of buildings to reflect the era in which it was erected. Please take strong consideration in retaining the apparent reflections of history by seeking the incorporation of this historic building with the hospital's expansion efforts. Thank you!

Sara Van Beck | I so enjoyed the view of the historic buildings when I delivered by daughter (and got to stay 4 days with an emergency c-section) at Crawford Long in 1996. Preserving C-L's legacy in Atlanta is one way it differentiates itself from other area hospitals, that and good care! Even Piedmont, with all its land, is still hamstrung by traffic - every hospital is, simply by definition. The challange is whether or not Emory C-L is capable of coming up with an innovative solution. If not, I suggest it has greater problems than simply "traffic."
John Lemley | Have Atlantans not learned the important lesson of preserving history. I honestly can't believe you'd even consider NOT saving this beautiful, historic building.
