Wright Marshall | This building should be saved. It is both architecturally and culturally important to the city.
Dan Thompson |
Sean Hutton | There is no compelling reason for this building to be demolished instead of renovated. We must recognize that history books are not the only communicator of our past, buildings and landscape is a much more powerful communicator.
Henry Baker |
Hillery Rink | Please preserve this building and find a way to incorporate it into Emory's plans. As an Emory alumni, I do not support my alma mater not helping to preserve Atlanta's history!

Catherine Ireland Witt |
Quincy Adam Martin | PLEASE preserve our old building in Atlanta. I am a native and have seen many beautiful old Atlanta buildings demolished over the years. If we keep and renew the old, we will see more people come back in to town. Look what they did to the old Hearst Publishing building in NYC. Its the best of both old and new and is one of the "greenest" buildings in the world. QAM

David Y. Owens | Save the building. Being a fifth generation Atlantan, it really breaks my heart to see so many historical buildings being demolished. Lets keep our beautiful historical buildings for future generations to enjoy.

Tarver Siebert | Atlanta is a city that has very few buildings over 50 years old. The city as a whole will benefit from reusing buildings by developing layers of history that coexist, developing a variety of building types, densities and scales. While adjacent lots may be expensive, there are empty lots in the vicinity that need to be developed to create a connection from downtown to the newer buildings along North Avenue, ending the isolation of downtown Atlanta.
