The feedback from the heritage experts has been discouraging but I have not stopped pushing the department for a formal response. Some days the weight of this feels heavy yet the stories shared here keep me tethered to the goal.

WAYANG IS LIFE. PLEASE SAVE OUR CULTURE BEFORE IT IS GONE FOR GOOD!!
my grandpa used to perform this for us. we cannot let this die out entirely its part of who we are.
so sad that the younger generation dont even know what wayang klitik is anymore. hope this helps
Why does the government ignore our own traditions? Debus banten needs real protection now.
been watching these shows since I was a little girl. broke my heart to see them fading away like this.
