| 104 | Sunil Bhat | Yes, we are in dire need of a comprehensive database of published Indian patents and Patent Office decisions.
My full support to your efforts. |
| 105 | Yogesh Anand PAI | Good work pals. This is a major drawback of the Indian Patent Office. With all the infrastructure put in place, amazingly, in all four corners of the country, it appears absurd that the Patent Office does not provide us with full length patent data. I had once asked Mr. Chandrasekaran about this (a couple of years back), especially in the light of USPTO being so swift in uploading the data every day. He replied that we were in that process and it will take some time to get things done the way we want it to be. No wonder, that "time" has not yet come for the Indian Patent Office, another example of Government apathy! And now that India is all set to be International Search Office for the PCT, it seems ridiculous that we lack the very basics- a good full length online database of all patents granted. Kudos to team SPICY IP. Keep the good work going. |

| 118 | G.Sai Prakash, IFS., | with the manifold activity registered in the spectre of traditional knowledge and difficulty in tabulating oral traditions, it shall be highly desirable to have a database, which shall enable prior art search easier. |

Will bring some transparency into a number of industries, and will also give a fillip to a number of Indian innovators. Will also help investors in identifying who the innovators are and where the innovations are coming from. |
| 127 | Nishant Sharma | Such an initiative would put India on the right track towards improving its IPR Regime |
| 128 | Sameer Panda | Patent documents and decisions of Patent Office should be in a searchable format, for ease and convenience. For efficacy and transparency all the proceedings in the patent office should be available online like that of European Patent Office, which will bring responsibility among the examiners and controllers. Apart from these issues the government should also see that the Patent Office generates a lot of revenue, but does not invest for streamlining the system and to become a better facilitator. In recent years the Patent Office has become a profit making organisation for the government rather than becoming a facilitator to the public. |

| 144 | Samir Singh | I think this is a wonderful idea!! As a patent professional due to lack of facility we face enormous problems while conducting search . The Indian PAtent Office learn a lesson form the EPO website. Its high time to find a solution to this problem. This problem definitely needs be taken seriously by the Indian Goverbnment. |
