We, the undersigned, petition to expand the Indiana state voucher law. It is unfair for children with special needs to not have the opportunity to attend their school of choice. If a parent decides that a private school will better suite their child's needs, they should be given an equal opportunity as all other parents to obtain that choice. Children who have a learning disability have the right to attend a private school. Not having a way to use that right is unjust. By signing this petition, we are working to fix this injustice.
