The state of Indiana will protect child molesters (statue of limitations) but will take a 17 yr. old who had sex with a 15 yr. old and charge him with child molestation and ruin his life . I am not saying the latter is right , but I believe you understand where I am coming from .Dean
The state of Indiana has a twisted law. How can they protect the true child molesters Dr.Joe Butler who has molested a untold number of children and then charge 17 /18 yr old kids who had sex with 14 / 15 yr old kids and ruin their lives ...this must stop.Neither is correct, but this doctor Joe Butler (Crothersville In.) has molested child after child and can not be touched (Statue of Limitations) this makes me sick I was a victim of this (Monster)
