This petition is signed by those who are frustrated and dissatisfied by the poor services offered by the Indian embassies in the UK and abroad. It is created not out of hate or malice but love for the great nation of India, from which we expect a high standard of service.

Reasons for the petition
* The unfriendly way officials treat people at this Embassy.
* Unclear instructions on any their website and by staff
* Numerous complaints affecting people’s lives.

Solution:
Considering the seriousness of the above issues, we request immediate intervention in the matter and suitable directions be issued to the Embassy authorities to:

1. Deploy experienced and trained staff in the front office. Staff may be
instructed to attend telephone calls and replies to e mails.
 
The staff in these embassies require a proper training and code of conduct and the rules and procedures need to be transparent, easily accessible and user friendly.

2. Installation of a photocopy machine for public use in emergency situations

3. Proper up date of the web site of the embassy with facilities for tracking the applications.
