Increase in NASA Funding

Ever since the year of 1998 the United States government has slowly decreased NASA's budget to the point were now less than .5 percent of the American national budget goes to supporting NASA. This is highly crucial to the further development of aeronautic research. Considering that with a decrease of funding NASA will have a harder and harder time to support itself. If the United States government keeps decreasing NASA's budget eventually it will be cut altogether. So that the only thing holding it up is the donations of people and businesses who care about the advancement of aeronautics research. But with NASA only relying on donations to support it self it may not continue. Where with a grant from the government it will ensure the continuing of the NASA program. This will provide jobs for our economy, which is a big topic at the moment both worldwide and nationwide. I come to you today to ask if you will support this ambition to secure the future of the NASA program.
