Every year, the government spends approximately only 250 dollars on the Ministry of Silly Walks. That is nearly 1/2,000,000,000,000th it spends on Regional Defense and this cannot go on.

With the underfunding, the INWU has fallen dramatically behind in Silly Walks Research and Development. In the North Pacific, research into SIlly Walks has reached amazing milestones while the INWU can barely create a 12 step humorous jig!

This has to end. We need to petition our Regional Government to spend far more than this on the expansion of Silly Walks and to expand our advancement into the future of Humorous Trotting, Jovial Jogging, and Wonderous Wandering!
