At the age of 21 individuals have the ability to freely drink at any restaurant,bar, lounge. This age still seems fairly young to me. At this age individuals, most of them, do not have the responsibility nor the experience to deal with freely drinking. They tend to become irresponsible and I have come to a conclusion that they are not able to control themselves, and tend to lose judgement. Many of these individuals get into accidents after so much drinking. At the age of 25 they will be fully mature and know how to set limits for themselves.
