Comments: The plight of Iranian society under the Islamic Republic is known. The question is how to stop it. It has to be done regardless of who has the power. Filling petition will not do the job. The only way to do it is through the followings: 1. Demand Justice Now for all individuals and known people that are prosecuted for their political views, and expressing their opinion. Demand should contain the name of anyone responsible for capture, torture, and passing harsh judgments and executions. Simply carrying orders should not be an excuse for being free of crimes against humanity. Demand those responsible should be taken to Human Rights Courts that can be formed in exile. Advertise, demonstrate and announce it everyday and many times everyday 2. Request wide spread protests and mass Strikes until the Justice is served. If Justice was demanded and served for the first person that Islamic Republic violated his or her rights, we wouldn't have been talking about this today. 3. Demand abolishing the Death Penalty, and for it to become as part of the Law of the nation. No matter who is ruling, there would be no executions no matter the crime. 4. Demand abolishing torture. No matter who is going to be ruling You have everything else you have been dreaming about, once you have the above. It really, doesn't matter who is ruling and what type of government you have, as long as there is justice foe all. Therefore, our quarrel shouldn’t be the Islamic republic, but the injustice that has taken place or is taking place, and against those who have violated the people’s rights, no matter at what position. Anyone from Supreme Leader to the Basijie on the street should be held accountable for his or her crimes against humanity. Anyone from the Supreme Leader to the Basijie on the street should be held accountable for crimes against Iranian’s dignity, destruction of the country’s juridical system, destroying people’s hope for a better future, amassing country’s wealth, ordering and performing torture, assassination of opposition, ordering and participating in destruction of the societies fabric through prostitution and drugs business, and violent suppression of people. Once achieved, we then can express our opinion without fear. Then we can strive for a peaceful and free society, that people can live in harmony, be proud and have high hopes for a better future. That is what you want Got it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
