My devoice was final almost 2years ago, as of Sept.2010. The devoice settlement agreement was that my ex, would pay of the charges he made to a Citi AT&T Universal Visa credit card, at the time of the settlement amout due was $15,000.+ as of today 7/2011 the blance is $19,000.+ and growing. I would like my ex to pay this as ordered by the devoice court,, It is affecting my credit score
