I think it is highly unfair to punish the whole country (Nigeria) for the criminal acts of some.

There is no country that is free from criminals. You only require better security systems to run your operations.

Nigeria is not the most corrupt country as regards Cyber Crime. Funny still, the top three high risk countries according to Norton 2012 Cyber Crime Report (http://goo.gl/1YaEaX) are all in PayPal, whereas, Nigeria, which didn't even make it to top ten high risk countries list (http://goo.gl/cHr5SN), has been denied use of the platform.

I think it is time to revisit your policy. Learn from Microsoft, HP, Dell and others who are benefiting immensely from the Nigerian market.

The government do not bow to criminals; criminals hide from authorities.
