We are requesting that Mr. Smith be removed from his position as the activities coordinator from the Rialto parks and recreation. He has exhibited negligence and inappropriate conduct towards minors by directing profanity towards minors. Below are two recent incidents that have taken place. On Monday, June 24th 2013 Mr. Smith directed profanity at a 10 year old minor in front of another teammate. At a recent trip to the Clippers game at Staples center Mr. Smith left minors unattended and unsupervised for approximately 10 minutes. This petition is being signed to alert the city of the events that have occurred and what type of employee they have currently employed. Parents are pulling players from the league due to his presence and his lack of professionalism towards the minors and parents. By signing this petition parents are voicing their concern and want him to be removed from his current position.
