Dear Mr Roman Abramovich Rafa Benitez is currently on a interim basis as Chelsea FC Manager. I would like to see this become a long term contract (5 year contract). Chelsea need a manager like him to bring out the best out of Torres, it clear the problem was not Torres is was the other underlying Chelsea players.
