| 1354 | Bleet | She disobeyed the law, why should she live above it? Just because her father is rich? Obey the law and don't drive when your license is withdrawn stupid ass. Get a real job an learn how it is to live in the real world. Oh and btw, have fun in jail. I'll pray for your safe return. (not). |
| 1355 | Iain | She deserves to go to jail. She has broken the law on numerous occasions and thinks herself above it. |
| 1356 | martin | let it rot in jail |

| 1359 | Paul Devlin | Please send this careless thing to jail, just because she is rich and famous it does not eman sh is above the law.
She made a scene with her mother at the court and it will make a mockery of the US justice system if she is released.
My friends in my home country of England and my current country of Czech Repblic all agree she should be in jail, do the right thing and send her there. |
| 1360 | Cameron Greenlees | I feel she should be treated no different than any other person, just because she and her family have money does not make her above the law.
Had she actually killed someone her farthers money would not bring back the life of that individual so it should not keep her from paying the price of her stupidity.
If Paris gets off with this type of charge what message would that be sending to all the children??
She should learn to respect the criminal system and live by the rules that the rest of us have too. |
| 1361 | Anonymous | I agree with everything on this petition. |

| 1363 | Alan Hardy | Let us see what money can buy in the manner of getting another prissy "role model to society" off on a technicality. In the eyes of the law all men are created equal.
Will Paris write a book of her ordeal and tax deduct the costs against mental anguish. Wait, one must have some intelligence to suffer anguish.... |

| 1367 | George Bushe | How about I send her for one week in Iraq instead of 45 days in a slummy jail. She can show the people there how lowly their lives are without our democratic and financial influences, those same influences that allow morons such as Paris and I to attain positions that people look up to. Yes, "I'm a celebrity jailbird, send me to Iraq" sounds like a show. If Britain can send one of their royals, we should support their gesture and send one of ours. |

| 1369 | Dean Kotevski | She should go to jail she deserved it, everybody is equal in front of the law |

| 1372 | Will | Send this ungrateful, spoiled kid to jail. |
| 1373 | Brian | Paris Hilton deserves to serve jail time for a DUI and Driving while under suspension. She should also have a hefty fine and should also have to do community service with people who were injured by drunk driver's. If she feels that she is above the law, then both she and her mopther need to look at what NY did when the first implimented their drunk driving laws. They suspended the license of one of the Rockefeller's for six months. The Rockerfeller's didn't try to use their money as an influence to get a lesser penalty. They dealt with it like adults. Little Prima Donna's like Paris Hilton need a quick reality check. She's been drinking since before she was 21 and the reason she was allowed too was because of who her daddy is and how much money her family has.
Her license should be suspended for a few years also. |

she has money she has god given right to do whatever
she wants to do. now it's the time for her to realize she is no different then any body else in this society. |
| 1384 | ANDREA GARDNER | I feel she should have been sent to sylble brand womens facilities. She needs to do real hard time.
