The goal of "Americans Calling For Impeachment Of Obama" is to build a petition with more than 1,000,000 signatures, in support of Impeaching President Obama. Your comments from the petition will be used to draft Articles of Impeachment. The petition and Articles of Impeachment will be presented to Congress immediately following the 2010 election. We all have from now until the 2010 election to elect or persuade enough Congressmen and Senators so a majority will support Impeachment.

THE PETITION STATES: Article 2, Section 4, of the U.S. Constitution specifies that "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." This petition alleges financial mismanagement on a scale so large it has never been seen in the history of the world. This petition also alleges numerous acts to undermine, contradict and supercede the Constitution of the United States.
