   Comments: I'm happy to sign this petition. For too long the majority of our membership has been sold down the river for the special interests of a "small minority." To think that the leadership of APFA would knowingly and willfully abrogate the terms of our existing Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Company and attempt to modify the terms of that Agreement outside of Negotiations through Federal Legislation is unconscionable. It sets a very dangerous legal and legislative precedent that could really come back to haunt us in the future.

   Comments: For the past several years the Executive Division, that being the National Officers and BOD, have indescirminately, without membership consultation, desolved the Provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement thru sideletters and ultimately criminal fraud in violation of the Railway Labor Act.. It is time to bring this APFA Administration to a GRINDING HALT!

    Comments: this is long over due. i can understand why they want extension to 7 years for furloughees. all those years with twa and they dont get retirement. some how that doesnt seem fair. they will never be senior to us. being in the stl base is the only way they could possibly be senior and that will never happen. i do agree that especially the treasure has to go. how could she have not lost pass prieleges over that gru trip ray nasty 10579 idf

    Comments: The president has unilateraly opened a contract Item TO MNanagement. A direct violation of AAPFA constitution and the law. Th etreasurer has assaulted a crew member in the function of her duties, a violation of regulations and the law. Reasons enough to remove those national officers.
