Impeachment of the President of the United States of America Under the Constitution of the United States of America, the current President of the United States has violated the United Constitutional Law under Article 1 Section 9, by holding two posts at the same time. Currently President Barack Obama is acting as both the President of the United States of America at the same time he is acting as the head of the United Nations Security Council, this is a clear violation of the Constitution of United States of America. By holding two posts simultaneously and by being ordered what to do by a foreign government is considered under the United States Constitution as an Act of High Treason.

President Barack Obama has used an illegal and criminal act of using Signing Statements on the laws that were passed through both Houses. This is considered High Crimes and misdemeanors under Article 2 Section 3 of the United States Constitution.

The President of the United States of America, Barack Obama has committed high crimes and misdemeanors through these two direct violations of the United States Constitution. As a United States citizen(s) we demand that there be an Impeachment of the President of the United States of America.

This Petition is being sent to every member of the United States Senate as a legal means of stopping the direct and overt breaking of the laws of the United States of America.
