It is my wish to impeach Senator Jim Inhofe, for voting yes to the NDAA bill, which clearly violates the 5th amendment which states " No person shall...be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law." And also of the 6th amendment which states "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury...and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense" Jim Inhofe swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, and he has betrayed this oath, therefore he is no longer fit to serve as Senator of Oklahoma, and must be impeached.
