Name: Hardeep Garcha on Jan 17, 2007Comments: I don't generally like people becasuse of their lack of knowledg, wisdom and ability to act, but i love Immortal Technique. He speaks the truth and can no body stop him. Mad Respect for Immortal Technique. I can write even an essay of how positively influential Immortal Technique is and how he opens the eyes of many people who take their life for granted, and those who are puppets to the media which is all government controlled. He is todays leading activist, and he has honesty, integrity, vigilance, and is a man of his word. I despise fakers and will roll with none other but Tech. Let him in. It is obvious the government is afraid of his knowledge and inlfuence on youngsters because he will open their eyes and allow them to unfold the truth for themselves as they lift off the blanket of bullshit that the government has tucked the world in with. Let him INNNN!!!!Flag

Name: Lance Marwood on Jan 17, 2007Comments: I believe that a progressive musical artist such as Immortal Technique should not only be allowed into our country, but should be embraced for his ideas, his methods of making us critique the world we live in, and of course his musical abilities. I believe in a man that can help us question and consider all the options. It is this abiltity to question that makes us human, and for such a progressive country like Canada to prohibit access to such a fine musical artist is not only a shame, but is a wilful blindness on the part of our government and our people. I sign this petition in the hopes that this error of thought will be rectified, and I hereby hope that I will be allowed to witness Immortal Technique perform in my country, my home of Canada.Flag

Name: Daniel Mckendrick on Jan 17, 2007Comments: Immortal technique is a very unique rap artist. His message is very profound and he could make a positive difference among youth (listen to his song Dance with the devil). He promotes intelligence and demotes senceless violence. I can definately understand Canada's reasoning for not letting him in our country based on crimes that he has commited in the past. Its good that we prevent convicted criminals from getting into our country. But this is a different case and i think our polititians should reconsider by looking past his history. Also, allowing him into our country would truly show the artistic and socially accepting nature of Canada. Only good can come from allowing Immortal Technique to preform in our country. We should at least give him a chance of redemption.Flag

Name: Marco on Jan 17, 2007Comments: This is a disgrace that the government would allow horrible role models such as eminem and 50 cent to shoot parts of their movies here but when it comes to Immortal technique who empowers people with political ideas, we don't allow him into Canada. Disgusting, absolutely shameless.Flag

Name: Mike Boland on Jan 18, 2007Comments: Immortal Technique is one of, if not, the best raw lyricists I have ever heard. Now allowing him itno Canada is ridiculous, hypocrticial and obsurd. They allowed 50 Cent in Canada, and why is that Because he would make more profit, because it was mainstream. That is undemocratic, and therefore should not be.Flag
