Immortal Technique has proven on multiple occasions that he is a talented, open-minded, and truthful man. Immortal Technique is currently not allowed to cross into the Canadian border for multiple reasons. Although he has records for criminal activities we feel he should have the right to perform shows and concerts in Canada as he is a very influential and intellectual person. He openly speaks about corruption and misuse of power in many political systems including that of the USA. Many other artist and specifically rappers with criminal records or promotion of 'guns/violence' have been allowed to perform shows and concerts in Canada. Some of these artist include 50 cent (Curtis Jackson), Eminem (Marshall Mathers), and The Game (Jayceon Taylor). The fact that the Canadian government has allowed many other artist into Canada whom have had similar cases, and are now not allowing Immortal Technique, demonstrates that they are judging him unfairly. Support the cause and sign the petition today, and invite other to do so as well. This case is more about controlling political perspective than it is of his supposedly very bad criminal record.
