My name is Shannon Calloway Gomez I'am a US citizen and I'am married to Luis Enrique Gomez. Enrique came to the US almost seven years ago his plan was to work save money to build his home in mexico and also help do repairs to his mothers home then return to mexico. But his fate changed and he became a father now his focus was to take care of his family here in the US. Today we have four girls its a wonderful combined family. We have been trying to adjust Enrique's status for almost two years. But yesterday in an immigration court he was ordered to return to mexico by July 30th with no return date. I can not explain what this will do to my family or how I will manage to pay all of our bills once he is gone. We have many outstanding loans just to pay for this costly process. My hope is with this petition we could have his departure overturned and he would be allowed to stay and finish out his legalization process here in the US. There for not having to leave his wife and four daughters behind.
