Name: Ally on May 2, 2007Comments: This petition was orchestrated by the mother of one of the wonderful individuals that we serve. The purpose of this petition is to advocate for the rights of individuals who are developmentally disabled. We emphatically are against any cuts in services rendered to this population. These individuals have been provided with options and choices so that they may grow to their maximum potential and integrate independently into society. These proposed budgets costs would promulgate further isolation and inadvertantly increase further financial and emotional dependency on society. Please do not silence those who are striving to contribute to society.Flag
