My boys love their Imaginext toys. We have the Batcave, Firestation, Space station, Dragon World. A friend brought her daughter over to visit and her daughter loved the Batcave. It made me think about getting some female characters for our sets.guess what? NONE of the sets have a single woman. No women firefighters, no astronauts, no Catwoman, no Jungle Jane-NOTHING! There is a separate website for a Fisher Price toyline called "Precious Places" with a variety of Princesses and castles and ponies. There are Princes and footmen in the Precious Places toyline but no women in the Imaginext which has 9 different themes.Tell Fisher Price to stop teaching gender stereotypes! Women can be anything they want to be! and a Batcave is just a blue dollhouse where you don't have to fix dinner or brush your hair!
