Illinois Prosthetic Parity

The petition

In a response to an overwhelming amount of amputees experiencing difficulty obtaining prosthetic coverage or a decrease in benefits, prosthetic parity action is being taken all over the country. Prosthetic parity is legislation that would require all amputees to have full access to fair and adequate prosthetic coverage. The legislation is asking private insurance companies to provide access to care that is equivalent to care provided under the federal Medicare program.

FAIM, in conjunction with the ACA (Amputee Coalition of America) are determined to make prosthetic parity a reality in Illinois. We are asking you to please show your support of SB 2386 by signing this petition. Help make prosthetic parity a reality in Illinois!
