Comments: Randal Hart must be set as an example of what will happen to animal abusers. Give him the maximum sentence the law allows and watch him carefully when he is returned to the public.

Comments: If someone will do this to an animal, imagine only what they will do to a human if angered. We MUST have severe penalties for all people of violence.

Comments: The low bond set in this case of severe animal abuse is an insult to many and can be viewed an "invite" to other abusers if they only receive a slap on the wrist, why not abuse?. To the judge and the court: Animal abusers are right up there with any other definition of abuse and should be treated with the maximum penalties allowed by law.

Comments: If Amber would've been a human, a much higher bond amount and a more severe punishment would've been given toward this evil person. If more severe punishments were to be given for such horrid animal abuse, then maybe these sick humans might think twice about the abuse they hand out (but probably not). If they don't, at the very least, they should they should be charged with a felony, be given a significant amount of prison time, made to pay the vet bills towards their abused animal, and then made to donate money towards the local animal shelter.

Comments: With so many other options why would you choose to slit the dogs throat? Then not make sure the animal did not suffer. One cruel act followed by another.I just don't understand
