    Comments: After reading this horrific story I could not believe the minimal amount this BARBARIAN had to come up with to make bail. I hope the other animals in his house are taken away immediately and that they find good and loving homes to live in. Also that he is never allowed to raise another animal again and to make sure he doesn't, have animal control do unexpected visits. PLEASE come down with the maximum punishment that is legally possible on this DEGENERATE.
