IOC ,Chennai occupies 108 sir Theagaraya Road for petrol outlet for 13yrs till date without agreement and rent .Supreme court has given a landmark judgement for vacation of SAFIRE petrol outlet in Chennai and clearly says PSU are not above law and are bound to honour the law.Executive Director,IOC- Chennai and team violates the Tenancy Act WITH NO respect for the law of the country.Occupation of land permitted only on mutual agreement and consideartion.We need justice of payment of arrears and damages toward concious disrespect of the Law
