If nothing else, please request additional research be performed by an entity having expertise in botany, biochemistry, and botanic chemistry. Thanks in advance for your attention to this serious matter. |

| 963 | Alina Cotu | This is utterly stupid. Ban natural essential oils, ban the almighty lavender, and replace them with strange smelling chemicals, more susceptible to damage one's health than orange peel..... |
| 964 | Catherine Hauser | Put a warning on these products by all means. Just as they do with products containing peanuts or processed in a plant that handles nuts. But at least give the consumer a choice, the majority have no allergies to these ingredients. We are supposed to be living in a democratic society afterall. |
| 965 | Maggie Mahboubian | The scientific data does not sufficiently support this amendment. |
| 966 | Rick Nelson | |
| 967 | Rilène Markopoulou | |
| 968 | Andrine Olson-Kirschenman | Please don't allow a bureaucracy that is not concerned with the true naturals, and that is funded and fueled by the big synthetic fragrance houses, to dictate what small natural perfumers can and can not do. It's like having M&M Mars or Kraft Foods dictate what small organic farmers can and can not do. It's wrong. It's not natural. Why don't they ban the sale of citrus fruit to the pubic, when a child peeling an orange will have on their skin more citrus oil than will be allowed in a perfume? This is just smoke and mirrors to promote the production and sale of more synthetic chemicals to pollute our environment and our bodies. Please stop this nonsense. |

| 974 | Evie Hadlock | I have reserve the right to choose what I use on my body , in my environment and for my family. I will not willingly or knowingly leave behind disastrous chemical footprints that affect the health of others and this magnificent planet our 'synthetic' society has damaged by gross abuse and negligences incurred by companies who mass market poisons with less than quality product for the sake of profit.
I buried a 24 year old daughter and her 8 hour old baby due to continous exposure of pollutants that I believe are in every day products to include our foods which rendered her immune system wide open to an opportunistic infection. Ironically the heavy load of antibiotics treating my child shut down her kidneys and in short, the die off of the bacteria became toxic and my child died a day at a time for two weeks. She also contracted an infection in the hospital itself and I believe had I been able to diffuse beneficial herbal oils that I know she benefitted from in the past, she may have avoided this deadly and secondary infection aka 'syndrome'.......
You wonder why 'syndromes' are now epidemic?
Because our natural bodies are being constantly barraged by un-natural pollutants and contaminants promoted as progressive and necessary in ones home. I think most of us can live without 'Glade' .
If this becomes a legal issue, its time to begin building more prisons because I am sure I will be one of many who will defend my right to choose what I care to use in my home, on my body and in my family. I have no intention of changing what I grow, what I eat , what I make or how I wish my environment to smell , on any given day that changes according to what I feel is benefical and conducive to a spiritual state of mind.
What I do doesn't kill beneficial insects or my neighbors. You want your synthetics? You have the right to use them. I have the right to use natural.
Find a real cause and a real fix for the mess thats been coming .I am sure your efforts could be better used elsewhere unless we are simply speaking of substantiating your organizations and personal jobs.
Blow your toxic wind somewhere else where it cannot harm anything anymore. |

| 982 | barbara | I ask that this body repeal this legislation-I prefer organics, and whisht to choose what I wear and smell. I do NOT want synthetics in my fragrance or goods.I see my beloved fragrances disappearing where there is no shortage and no reall concern. Those who cannot wear fragrance or smell them can go without, if they like.
Synthetics save money, but are more offensive to my skin and well being than this proposition.Synthetics make me itch and are offensive to smell. Why pay for a favorite perfume, when it now smells of flat, thin chemicals that masquerade??I ask that organics be left alone, and than artisans, with care and mindful of our concerns, be allowed to continue the craft that supports the majority of our preference. |
