Please Help Me There are many disabled men, women and children in my position who collect SSDI benefits from the Social Security Administration. Women with Cancer, Heart Conditions, HIV/AIDS, and other debilitating disease that cause them to get benefits will be affected by these unfair tactics to move people off of SSDI benefits. Congress and the House of Representatives are attempting to balance the budget to o break the backs of the American’s weak and disabled people. This is preposterous. What do I mean, “Substantial Gainful Activity” is the tool the Social Security Administration uses to systematically deny, suspend and cancel benefits. Then they hit their insured with outrageous overpayment amounts that defy logic. How can anyone repay $40,000 worth of benefits collecting Social Security? How does an agency like the Social Security allow payments to continue for 2 years without addressing the issue at least once? The answers…conduct a witch hunt, fabricate overpayment situations, and deny benefits
