Comments: The exact same thing's happening here in Canada...and I think it's just aweful...those big companies take that free and public water to resell it to Africa and Asia, and water is now more expensive than gas...don't get it...

Comments: I understand that our Great Lake State is in dire straits as a result of our economic dependence on the auto industry, but this does not justify the whoring out of our natural resources.

Comments: Why does the usa allow private companies to make money on our public resources. In Michigan the D.E.Q. Dept of enviormental quality have taken peoples home and land, stating that they"must protect the wetlands"...AND then THEY ALLOW a private individual make $$$ on our natural resources... Payoff to officials to the DEQ, DNR...where are the Govenors, where are the politicians, we do not give away our land to just anyone, in fact the State own thousands of acres of land. This is an outrage!
